Virginia legislation (H.B. 1323) allows qualifying military vehicles to be registered and operated on public roadways as “antiques”. This bill received a favorable amendment in the Senate Transportation Committee to allow currently registered military vehicles to retain registration without the “antique” designation. The bill awaits a final vote on the Senate Floor.
