Navistar Provides Iraq with Vehicles
Navistar supply 4×4 and 6×6 trucks, recovery vehicles, and spare parts.
Navistar Defense won an $11.4 million Foreign Military Sale to Iraq. The deal provides for 6x6 and 4x4 general transport trucks, recovery vehicles, and spare parts. Work will take place in Springfield, Ohio, and Ooltewah, Tennessee. Estimated complete date is February 28, 2021. The US Army Contacting Command is the contracting activity.
This follows a September 2018 $31,437,478 firm-fixed-price foreign military sales contract for procurement of 4×4 and 6×6 trucks. Bids for that contract were solicited via the internet with one received.
