ORLANDO, Fla. – Veterans Day is an important time to honor the brave men and women who served our country and reflect on the sacrifices made so we can enjoy our freedom today. Dezerland Action Park is honoring service members with a special offering this Veterans Day.

Active and retired military and service personnel will receive free entrance to the Orlando Auto Museum at Dezerland on November 11. Guests accompanying military members can purchase tickets for 50 percent off retail price.

To pay respect to our country’s military history, guests can visit the Military Pavilion to see vehicles from America and its allies past wars and conflicts. The pavilion features a DUKW amphibious vehicle that was used by the United States in World War II and other historic combat vehicles.

“Dezerland Action Park appreciates the sacrifices members of the armed forces have made for our country every day and we’re excited to honor them and their families this Veterans Day,” said John Goodman, vice president of sales and marketing at Dezerland Action Park Orlando. “In the Military Pavilion at the Orlando Auto Museum guests can travel back in time and learn about the vehicles that played an important role in America’s past.”
