US WWI Commission invites Hayes Otoupalik

The United States World War One Centennial Commission (WWICC) recently invited Montana author, collector, dealer, and historian, Hayes Otoupalik, to join as a Special Military Historical Advisor with a special emphasis on military material culture of the WWI era. The Commission relies on the advice of historical advisors to review requests for endorsement, support, or commemorative partnerships. The Commission’s mission is to plan, develop, and execute projects and activities to commemorate the Centennial of World War I.
